What happens if the delivered item is damaged? What do I do?
Before a shipment leaves our warehouse, we’ve made sure it meets the highest quality standards and has been thoroughly checked by specially trained Promotiontube staff. If, upon delivery, you notice any external damage, please tell the delivery company immediately and only sign for it under reservation.
